Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your BMTrendzz Portable Blender must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse
How to Return
- Email us at bm-ecommerce@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
Defective or Damaged Products If your blender arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, blenders that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
