General These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through bmtblender.com, operated by BMTrendzz. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products The BMTrendzz Portable Blender is sold as described on our product page. We reserve the right to update product specifications without prior notice.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD. For EU customers, prices may be displayed in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

Liability BMTrendzz is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Consumer Rights As an EU consumer, your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive are not affected by these terms.
